Title: 3 International Pagoda Rally Poland 2019
Post by: Artur on February 05, 2019, 22:09:16
It's been a while since my last visit here ...
I have not shown you a video of our successful 2018 event yet. 24 pagodas from Czech Republic, Scotland, Holland, Sweden and Poland.
Marco (450SL) has already written about it: https://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?topic=28447.0

As you know, a picture worth a thousand words ...

Here is the link:

Think of it as the first announcement of this year's rally. I'll be back very soon ...  ;)

regards
Artur

Finally...

I can now announce that the 3rd International Pagoda Rally will be held on August 14-18, 2019 on the territory of Poland and the Czech Republic.

Within 5 days we will visit 5 palaces and castles, we will try to get some gold in the Gold Mine, we will take a walk among the clouds, visit the Errant Rocks where "The Cronicles of Narnia" were filmed...
At the end we will have a short visit to MotoClassic Wrocław, the largest open air classic car event in Poland.

Great locations, picturesque landscapes and of course a lot of fun!
You are welcome!

Hello Artur,

Thank you for sharing this wonderful video, like others before it is another first class one. As you know i do plan to attend one of yours in Poland, Unfortunatley I must prospone it till next year, I may even ship my Pagoda to Colin Ferns Shop for some work to be done before driving to the 2020 event that I am sure your group is already doing some preliminary planning on :)

I shared the video link with my brother in law he lives in Montreal, Quebec and he was born in Poland in 1926 and served as a pilot min the RAF in England before immigrating to Canada. I might bring him along as a passengier. Joseph (Joe) travels to England then Poland to visit Famaly each year. Perhaps we do it next year in style in my Pagoda before I sell it. I know Peter van Es expressed interest if the two of us can only agree on a price. When Colin visited Dan Caron and myself he drove my Pagoda. I ask him what it wood sell for he said around 80K to 85K Pounds. When it comes time to sell her I expect to get a bit less the that.

Thanks again for the great video, I enjoyed it several times with a glass of red before bed time.

Cheers,

Dieter

Hi,
we just came back from this amazing event. Thanks to Artur and his organisation team for his perfect preparation and realisation, awesome sightseeing locations and hotels, great Polish hospitality and team discussions with nice people. Even the weather was perfect, warm and sunny, most of the time we could drive open.
