I received a notice from Brett Jurick, South Central Regional Dir for the MB Club of America that he asked me to post.
They are planning a new event in the north Ft. Worth area on 18 May 2019. Here is the link for further information:

According to Brett as of 16 Jan they had
1936 500K
2 - 1955 300SL Gullwings
1960 190SL
2 - Pagodas
1956 300SL Roadster.
I believe wwheeler is in that area, and he might be able to provide some further detail.
