Here is a very nice clean set of Becker Europa II owner's manuals. Asking $70 plus shipping. I also have a nice set for a Grand Prix stereo. There are no rips, tears or other imperfections.

Stereo radios were made available in Mercedes-Benz autos in April 1970.
