Title: Coupe - help identify a part

Hi, I have a part that I'm not sure what is.  The part number says it is A111 690 80 49 which EPC says is the hat shelf in a 111 / 112 Coupe.  Item 10 in the EPC image.  I think it's too thin to be the hat shelf.  Can someone with a coupe tell me what this part is?  See pics

You can do a "where used" in EPC using F11. It is the hat shelf but for the convertibles, EPC will return its use for 111023, 025 and 027 only which are convertibles. You can't put any hat on it since the top is folded on top of it and it is narrower than the coupe hat shelf.

You are correct.  I was not differentiating between coupes and convertibles.   there is no real hat shelf in a convertible so what you say makes sense.  I also failed to notice the difference between a 250 SE/C coupe and convertible as EPC only calls it out on a convertible and not a coupe for the body description.
