When I check, there actually have been posts since my last visit.
I have that happen sometimes too, when I open the site, then close the browser, or surf away, and then open it again. That counts as two visits and the new messages are not visible anymore. You’ll get a screen like the first attachment. Click on the text in the red button… and all your unread messages appear again.
Use the Back button, after you've read a thread of messages, to get to the list of unread messages again...

In the past few days the "unread to[pics" functionality has disappeared for me, in fact that whole sub menu at the top is no longer there, both on a computer or phone...
Does anyone else have this issue or is it a "user error" i need to resolve?

Note there is a little white up arrow or down arrow at the top right of the screen. To the right of the Pagoda Group logo...
Press it!
Check what happens...
Hey presto.... the "Unread posts" is back!
