Hi All,
We have partnered with Embroidery Design Group to provide 2015 PUB Shirts, hats, jackets, ladies wear just to name a few of the items available, all items will have the new club logo embroidered on the chest and a 2105 PUB logo on the sleeve, or other suitable location. You will be able to choose what ever color and size and style you wish, but will not be able to change the colors of the club and PUB logos. All orders will be placed on online, through the Embroidery Design website, if your have problems ordering please contact Embroidery Design Group at 614-798-8152. Please note, in addition to the cost of the item, there is a $14 embroidery charge added to each order.
Deadline for ordering is September 3, 2015 and all of the orders will be delivered to PUB and distributed on Saturday September 12th. All orders are considered customer and non returnable or refundable, so please select items carefully.
The group is not profiting from any of the sales, as we are providing a service to our attendees. To prevent abuse such as purchasing and reselling on ebay, we are limiting purchases to no more than a qty. of 5 individual items.

Just went to order a shirt; there are two charges for the logo, totaling $14! Ouch!
That brings a $23 cotton polo shirt to $39.00..with tax and all.

Hi Alex,
I just ordered 2 items and the confirmation shows that Ship to Address is my Home. I added a note in the special area for notes and requested shipment to be made to Blacklick for the PUB 2015 Sept. 11 and 12 date. I assume that this will be done.

Mike, yes we did know about the embroidery charge I just forgot to mention it in my post, thank you for reminding me. There was a lot of discussion about shirts, some wanted $10 tee shirts others wanted $50 polos, in order to make everyone happy and give people lots of choices, we went to this type of set up and are trying out for the first time to see how it works for future events.
Rolf, no they will not be mailed to your house, we will have them delivered to PUB a couple of days prior and handed out Saturday, and maybe even possibly Friday.

Of course there's a charge, but $14 seems a bit high, that's all...

So, what about the poor sods who can't attend PUB?
Is there any way for them to order?

I ordered Marks and my Polo shirts by phone. I never order something by Internet, because almost 90% of the time something goes wrong.
I made it perfectly clear to the lady that took my order that it is to be sent to Blacklick.
She stated that she knew about it and it will be sent there.
We shall see.
I do not remember where I read it but it stated that there was a separate charge for both embroideries.
My order was $23 for the polo shirt plus the $15 extra charge a total of $38 times 2.

If it is sent to Blacklick I can pick it up and mail it to you, if they cannot do it.

So what color is the sleeve PUB embroidery? If it is black I wont order black shirts , but if white then I am ok.

Edit ... Added our new Logo and link to PUB logo for Bob ... Bob, I ordered a blue shirt and jacket ... Still the blue logo should look okay

PUB sleeve Logo is a royal blue thread with White type and logo. Same for ring around the new Pagoda SL Group logo (breast logo). Windshield and grille are black inside the middle of the patch.

As it was explained to me, the $14 is the total of the two embroideries; club logo on chest, and PUB logo on sleeve. These logos should look good on any color shirt.
Naj, we're going to evaluate the results of the products we get for PUB before committing to anything else with the logo. We expect everything to be just super, but we're keeping our options open.
