Rules for posting items for sale on this Forum:
Note that both Full Members and Associate Members can now post in the “For Sale” area but the following rules will apply.
1. This is a free service to the Pagoda community and Pagoda SL Group, Inc. takes no responsibility as to condition, authenticity, or any other claims regarding the item for sale, nor do we bear any responsibility for the seller to deliver the goods for sale, or for the buyer's ability to complete the transaction.
2. Items listed must be from private sellers and not commercial companies, agents or brokers. Those may be listed on the Commercial Advertising forum.
3. Posts must include either a fixed price or the phrase:
“Accepting offers greater than (price).”
Posts that do not include a price will be deleted by a Moderator.
4. Post should include general location of item, or locations to which the seller will not ship.
We request that when an item sells, you update the post. If your post expires, you are welcome to post it again.

To remind posters in this area these are the rules.
Quite a few people have been posting “For Sale” items here on our forum recently and forgetting to price the items accordingly.
There are some very basic requirements for posting here and I will repeat the ground rules for doing so

3. Posts must include either a fixed price , a price with OBO, or the phrase: “Accepting offers greater than (price).” Posts that do not include a price will be deleted by a Moderator.
4. Post should include general location of item, or locations to which the seller will not ship.
5. Posts with cross reference to ebay or bring a trailer or the like are not to be put on the For Sale area but in Commercial Advertising if you are not prepared to offer to members first. If posted here, they will be moved to Commercial Advertising.
We request that when an item sells, you update the post. If your post expires, you are welcome to post it again.
