Title: Window Handle Inserts

Can anyone suggest a source for the leather/tex inserts to the window handles for an early 250SL. Color is deep red (222).

There are a couple of variations on the window crank inserts, so you'll need to establish which one you have. The difference is in the clasping mechanism on the backside. Joe Alexander did a thread on this awhile back, so run a search for that thread.

Also, don't bother ordering this part from the Classic Center. The new piece is not padded and a cheap reproduction of the original.
