Where I can I get a gasket that's between the lens and the light housing?
-
MB or K&K sell them

Bob, I ordered it from K&K which arrived today. It seems that Bosch has changed the design of the gasket to one long strip as opposed to a continuous loop.

This change probably took place more than four years ago, when I ordered a set. They indeed came in one long seal instead of a loop. I simply installed it such that the two ends pushed against each other at the joint so as to eliminate any leaks from there. Also, I placed the joint at the bottom center of the lens rim.

Did you happen to use any adhesive using this seal?

None at all. Once I pressed-fit the entire seal evenly into the groove on the headlight frame, I placed the lens on top, perfected it's position, had a helper push down gently (so the seal compressed a bit), and then affixed the little clips all around the lens and frame.
For lack of better terminology, I believe the "spongeyness" of the rubber creates the seal, under tension.

Thanks so mch for the info! I'm still waiting on the rest of the parts to arrive. Hopefully I'll have it all done this week.
