Title: SL Window slides

HI All. Found two slides?? inside the door of my 280SL. Looks like they fell off of the track system. Any one know how they work and go back on???

The large one fits on the rear, small one on front. They fit at the very bottom of the glass - you probably can see glue residue there. I removed the material from the groove and then epoxy glued in some new felt material to the slide and then glued them in place on the glass. If you can get the material off, you can see how they fit on the glass. - if not, I would try to glue them back as is with epoxy.
