Help---! Found a head in a basement closet- been there for years. It has 127 016 16 01 on the head and 180 051 70 01 on the cam. What is it from? Thanx

Hello,
Sounds like it came from a 220SE engine. The head will not have holes for injectors if this is the case. The injectors were mounted in the intake manifolds instead of the heads on these engines.

Joe, Thanx. Got another question. Do these all go together- cam---180 051 78 01, head---127 016 10 01, block---127.982 10 004620??? The head has the injector nozzles.
Talked to Ray in Jacksonville. He's happy so far with his heili coil fix on the ball stud holder. Off to Amelia Island tomorrow.
