Anybody know anything about the 'Buick' Pagoda on Craigslist in FL/GA?

Somebody must know something about this.  The guy says it has a Buick engine and a 'good' body.  Asking 8 grand- has a lot of 'interest, will not last long'

The description reads like a nightmare! (no title, non-Mercedes engine does not run, needs new interior, RUST, no keys). 8K seems like a lot of money for this offering.
