Post by: Tom Colitt on October 09, 2007, 17:41:14
Am I slowly going crazy or am I just completely out of touch?! Take a look at this rare jewl of a Pagoda part being sold on Ebay. I probably shouldn't mention what these cost brand new....

One man's junk is another man's treasure.  This however is beyond junk.

Hi Guys,

This brings new meaning to eBay-speak!  A few dings?  How about "lightly mangled"?  Caveat emptor!

I won a buy it now rear license plate peace that looked pretty nice from this ebayer and he never sent it to me and resold it about a month later for more. Not a good ebayer.

There is probably a limit as to how smart one can be, but I found that there is no limit how dumb some people are. It'll sell

Thats a good point Babak

We should all probably report to this site about our bad ebay experiences. As we all know, the feedback system doesn't work. I sometimes try to warn other ebay members, but leaving neg. feedback, when deserved (mostly false or dishonest descriptions), but I have gotten negative retaliatory feedback for doing so. Some sellers won't even give you positive feedback anymore after paying them quickly. They wait until they have received positive feedback from the BUYER first.

I think that the chrome surface is actually smooth and is reflecting something, maybe a stand of trees
