Title: Roof Rack .

Just saw this roof rack on Motoring investments, never seen one before !
Interesting ! (' ;) ')

I wonder if they are still available & for how much ? (' :?: ')

That's the optional ski rack (manufacturer: Oris). Very rare, but they occasionally come up on ebay. If you like this option, then you'll definitely be interested in the even more rare luggage rack. Check out SLTechW113.com for pix.

I'll be blowed if I can find it now but I do recall seeing an aftermarket rack through a German website. They make them.

Cannot recall the name or anything, however.

That's not my book or photo, but I think that's a 230 SL Optional Equipment Brochure.

I think the brochure is the optional items list for MB for the early 60's. I have a copy and think it is 1967, but I am traveling and can't go check.
