Title: Chicagoland service?

Can anyone recomend a good place to have a 280 sl serviced in the Chicagoland area?

Cannot recommend anybody but stay away from a crew of con merchants (Lawrence Rossa and Steve XXXX). Cannot remember the co. name but use email mbfixers.....

More wallet fixers than....

Hessen Motors in Des Plaines, just north of O'Hare airport. It is a father-son operation. The father, Dieter, was a factory mechanic then worked at various Chicago area dealers (when the pagodas were new and in for dealer service), until he opened his own shop. They know pagodas very well.
