Speaking of famous owners, our MBCA spring tech session was held yesterday in conjunction with the local Porsche Club.  One of the Porsche members went to visit a friend who lives in the same community as John Travolta in Florida.  And Travolta's ride of choice--today--is his Pagoda.

You'd think the zero feedback seller would make more of an effort to sell it being John Lennon's car. Wonder how many owners it's had over the years, seems like the second owner got the best deal. Since it's ready to use is it street legel in the U.S.?  And which John Lennon, was there only one in G.B.? Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George bought John Voit's car.

This sold back on Nov. 28th 2000 on ebay by Kruse Int. I don't know what it sold for, I copied the auction with 18 minutes left and the bid was $70,000, reserve met. It was in Sarasota FL. Vin#11304222010632 ebay item#505773367

Forgot, the mileage was 19,123, looks like it's only been driven 3 miles since then.
