Oh no not another 300SL video, oh please not again. OK I at mit their is a lot of over seasoned video on this great Mercedes. If you watched the video done by Jermie Clarkson from Top Gear on the 280SL, Add some 1960's rock & roll back round Jarmie's partner  and you have an instance hit video.
Please watch it it will brighten your day.

Bob,

Thanks for sharing that, it made me smile.  Did you notice how his voice starts to crack while he is narrating as he is negotiating a turn at speed...I think he was reminded of the gullwing's terrifying handling manners he had just spoken of!

My local MB club are doing a 'talk' about Pagodas and I thought the TOP GEAR review would be a good introduction to the members.

Does any body have a HARD copy of it they could email to me?

There was a copy floating around somewhere.

This car and this video!! The car was in Chelsea Cars for over a year before the video and at least a year afterwards. I looked at it and it wasn't very good at all. All fur coat and no knickers!!

There's those that would say that is a GOOD thing.... :D

And Hands Aus, t'was I that had a hard copy of the original and I lent it out to someone but never got it back... ;)

However, I gather somewhere out in the interweb is a program that lets you download a Youtube file...
