I'm looking to either buy, rent or borrow a parts manual for my 1968 280sl. I need a reference for a lot of the little pieces to complete my 2 year restoration. Anyone? Thanks, Mark-Seattle

Note that SLS are using their own part-numbers with no cross ref to MB's. Not a big problem if you are ordering parts from SLS
You can also download a partscatalouge from Miller: http://www.millermbz.com/pdffiles/113Catalog.pdf

Hey Mark-
I am guessing that you are the same Mark P from Seattle that sold me my car a few years ago. Good to see your name again, I hope all is well. Your old car is treating me well. Hoping to get her our this
weekend.
Be sure to post pics of your newly restored car when it's done.
Sorry I don't have a parts manual. All the best.

We know that 90% of all new parts come from Mercedes.
To prevent that the owners buy these parts themselves
directly at any Mercedes-Benz dealer, internal own
fantasy-order-numbers are used in resellers catalogues.
You find the correct actual Mercedes-Benz order numbers
in the pagoda parts catalogue of the largest german

Have a nice day, Tom

Try this Russian link, enter your VIN and you will see all the parts and numbers, just like in the MB EPC
