Title: Venturi screw / 3 pos. linkage question

Would someone be willing to take the time to speak with me directly about how to adjust the screw and linkage? The postings are great but I have a number of questions about how to do it, where to find these items, what to look for in results, access, etc. etc. I'd be happy to do the calling.
