Hello. New owner/member here looking for someone in the Hartford area who might be interested in providing local advice and mentoring as I dive into ownership/restoration of a '70 280.

There's a really nice shop not far from you in Southington that would be a good place to visit. They do a lot of BMWs, but the owner, Matt McGinn, has done a lot of Mercedes and Porsche at the previous shop where he worked. (Worked on my SL, in fact.) His website is www.sports-car-restoration.com
