It started lately do get little chilly here in Northern Virginia . Yesterday, and to my surprise I found out that the air that's coming from the vents is not warm enough. Heater levers are new and working beautifully, the heater blower is blowing air nicely, and was blowing nice hot air last spring....!!!!
Does this mean I have to go through the dreaded heater core removal job, or is there another possibility???

Roman,
Ck the two hoses going into the firwall. If the heater is on, they should both be hot. If not, it's time to check the hot water valve linkage connection under that rubber seal on the firewall. Lots of posts on how to fix if this is the culprit.

Make sure your engine is getting up to operating temp. When I bought mine, it would actually run too cool and the heater didn't work well. I believe the thermostat was stuck open because after changing that (and back flushing coolant) the engine ran warm and the heater works great.
