Title: mechanic required

I would like to find a good honest mechanic in London UK that knows how to work on a 280sl and make it run beautifully. The people I have encounted so far dont really know the car any more than any other and I know that each have their own idiosyncrasies. Some of the BS I have listened to recently is unbelievable. Any recommendations?

Try either of Cedric at Roger Edwards Motors in Wembley (do a search on the site for the number)

or TM Motors in West Molesey. Never used them myself but reputedly know the cars well

Well, I am in Clerkenwell but it doesn't really matter where exactly. Are there that many then?
