Title: name this tool
Post by: merrill on September 02, 2006, 19:39:18
So, I was going thru the extra parts for my 66 230 sl and found what i think is a tool.

It is made by hazet, no part number, round 8.75 inches long, about the thickness of a pencil and right in the center there is a groove all the way around

the ends are basically flat.

I will post a photo tomorrow

That sounds like the handle for the spark plug wrench.

It is the handle for the old style Hazet spark plug wrench. It's 8 mm in diameter. Pic attached.
