Title: Jump seat / Backseat / Transverse seat

There's a car on ebay right now that has a period lap belt for its jump seat. Thought this was unusual. Has anyone else seen this before?

My '71 has a center seatbelt in back.

Are there anchor points already on the car or do these have to be added for a rear or transverse seat belt?
