Trying to replace my bronze brown MB TEX seat covers. No luck finding the correct color with the usual suspects (GAHH/World). All stocked colors are either too dark or light. Mine has a lot of gold hues.
Any ideas?

Kevin,
If all else fails, send an e-mail to Mercedes Germany. Perhaps they will provide information on OEM vendors. I have collected German cameras (Linhof, Zeiss, Rollei) for a while and found that soliciting contacts in Germany has provided sources that I didn't find otherwise. Also, our fellow members in Europe may have some good information.
I downloaded your attached photo and find the interior color unique and stunning! I hope you find the right source.
Best Regards,

Wouldn't GAHH/World custom dye something for you?

GAHH does offer to custon dye, match fabric -> you would need to send them a sample of your fabric, I believe.
I imagine you have called them, did they express that to you?

I spoke several times with GAHH and World and neither offered the "dye" alternative. I even sent a sample of my seat cover vinyl to World. Maybe that's for leather and not MB Tex?

I guess so Kevin. Perhaps it is only leather... I ended up staying with vinyl (GAHH) and black (for a DB180 car) in the end. Perhaps they did not feel they could guarantee a vinyl/leather dyejob in your particular color tone would be satisfactory to you?

Probably so. World sent me a sample of vinyl that they thought would be close but its not :(

If you send a small sample to Leatherique (www.leatherique.com), they will send you a custom matched dye for the MB Tex.My experience with them has been excellent.

Thanks. I will try Leatherique. The challenge here might be the embossing of the seat centers.
