Title: need photos of rear brake line routing 66 230 sl

hello all,
just got off the phone with cheryl at K&K. I wanted to replace the rear brake hoses, rubber and metal lines.

well, I am not sure who did this but my rear brake sysem does not look like the diagram.
my set up is, center line straight down the center of the car into the regulator then out of each side come the rubber hoses, then into metal lines that run along the axle then into the back of the dust shield.

according to cheryl, the center line is supposed to come down the center, then turn to the passenger side into the regulator,
then from there the passenger side has a metal line then a rubber hose then the metal line to the dust shield.

I have ordered the new parts, I just need to know how to run the metal brake line that runs from the regulator to the rubber hose on the passenger side.   I would hate to drill some holes in the car and not have it set up right.

if any one has a photo it would be appreciated.

Tom,
wow, thanks for posting the photos, I see that the center line runs behind the cross support behind axle and before the trunk.

the detail on your car is great, want to swap?
