I am about to order some body panels but I am concerned they may get damaged if I order from overseas !
Can anyone tell me what way they are normally packed, cardboard, boxed or nothing at all ?
Whats your experience ??

I would call the outfit that is selling the panels and ask them to explain how they do the shipping and packaging. I got a set of floor panels for my now sold 200D fintail and they arrived in a long cardboard box with some styrofoam at the ends. The box was shipped via a UPS service(brown trucks) and arrived in good condition.
Mind you these older cars have significantly thicker steel and can resist more abuse.
If in doubt ask them the double pack your panels and you pay the higher price for shipping.

Hi Ben,
K+K packed the rail and floor pans fine for domestic travel. Minor bending on the corners was not a big issue and easily fixed. For these parts a few niks here and there are no problem. I would be very concerned about packaging for fenders though.
