Title: Bolt sizes and torque specs-engine to transmission?
Post by: OregonRuby230 on June 13, 2025, 18:40:05
I am putting my 2.8L mated to the automatic transmission K4A 025.

I’m looking for bolt and torque specs mating the engine to the transmission-and- the flywheel to the Torque converter.

Can anyone point to a page or resource to get that information??

Always appreciate the assistance,
Kirk

There's a standard torque spec for each size of fastener that you should be able to look up.

Keep in mind that that anything screwed into aluminum will have quite a bit lower torque values.

I recommend you get yourself a Technical Data book like this.  I have one dated 1966 for my 230SL info.
