Good afternoon.......Excuse me for crashing your thread. I am having issues figuring out how to use the communications within the group. So, I thought reaching out on this tread might yield a positive result.
Dennis Meyer, full member, working on a silver 280 sl 1970 that I have owned since 1976. I have used the site to find some parts and rebuilders, but it's not been very interactive.
I am looking for an air intake hose G 206- 026 its about 4.5 inches long - so I imagine it's an E G 206-026E. Any suggestions on where I might find this item?
Also, if someone has a few minutes to discuss the use of the system on the phone ---- I would be very appreciative. Best, Dennis

You might try Authentic Classics or K & K Manufacturing. Call them if they don't have the part, they probably know who does have the part.
