Title: 230SL parking brake

Hello I have replaced brakes for this barnfind 230SL but handbrake is still very loose (drums/shoes adjusted ok). How do I adjust the handbrake cable? There is the wheel on the hand piece but that doesn’t seem to do anything. Any help appreciated!
