Title: New OEM front chrome grill
Post by: pagoda113 on January 23, 2025, 15:10:37
Mercedes Benz A113 888 02 22 OEM front chrome Grill in its original box. This was purchased 2011 from Mercedes. It was put on my car, and the garage put 3 extra same size holes in it on the underside at the top. I went mad and took it off the car and reboxed it. So when this is placed on the car, you can not see any of the 3 holes. You will see 3 pieces of blue tape I have placed on the grill. Each hole is just to the left of the tape for you to see.  So in my opinion, this grill is new in its original box and will not be disappointed by its condition just the same as buying one now from Mercedes.

For more detailed pictures I have it listed on my Ebay account as well.

This item is still available from Mercedes at just over 3000 euros plus, hence, huge saving. I have added picture of this, which I just checked.

The price £1600 includes posting to anywhere within the UK tracked and signed for. No offers will be considered when did you last see one of these still in its box just as new from Mercedes for this price.

I am more than happy to post outside UK at an additional cost, so please ask. You are welcome to collect from my home in Surrey as well.
For more detailed pictures it is listed on my Ebay account.

Why not include a link to the ebay advert?

frame needs to be decromed, additional holes brazed, polished and again chromed. hell a lot of work and not cheap to do.

If you do not mind the 3 extra small holes then no nothing needs doing. It's just as new the day I purchased it. You will only see the holes if you were laying on your back looking up as they are on the underside.
I do agree with you Sead if you wanted it without holes then what you suggest is not cheap doing. But if you want new OEM grill surround then this is cheap by comparison.
