Title: what to do with old spring

Hello,
last year I replaced on my w113 (1970) the 5 original springs by new springs sold by MB.
The difference in driving approval is clear.
What to do with the old? Sell them to an individual? Deposit them at a scrap yard?
What would you do?

Given how much difference the new springs made as you say, I would just bring them to the déchetterie ...
