Scroll down, but also click on one of the `tomato´ links. It´s sort of funny.

The text on that original post is `...wetten, die BOSCH - Jungs wird's vom Sitz hauen.´ I am not sure what it means exactly, but probably something to the effect of `Want to bet that the Bosch guys will jump up from their seats when they see this´.

Cees,
I wasn't able to identify a "tomato" link (perhaps I'm dense as a tomato). However, the "barfing" icon in the first post doesn't look too complimentary. I'm glad you posted to uphold our honor!

Hi David - it's the link in the first reply to the original post. When you click on it, tomatoes get splashed on the screen.

Hello Pagoda Friends.
Your Injection-Pump-Tester is the force. And the tomatoes? Of course my friend Thomas has made only a Joke. Does you Jokes understand?
The Bosch - Boys in Germany: This Boys hits your Tester of their feets. Unfortunately, we must pay a lot of money by BOSCH in Germany and get mostly bad quality.
Carries on so. You are already a quite terrific troop over there.
Regards from rainy Germany,

Hello ZwoachzigSL,
Thanks for the translation.
Yes this was all in good humor. The Bosch injection pump is an masterpiece of German Engineering.
The Joke is that this amazing device can be demonstrated in such a simple manner!
You can read pages of technical information on the complex operation of the injection pump however just turning the "crank" a few times will bring understanding quickly to the viewer.
I hope other groups will demonstarte this method to some of their members also!
Hope you can attend the event in Blacklick someday!

This is priceless and great fun. How do you say "perestroika" in German? Thanks for sharing it,
Greg

Hello Jo.
Thanks for your nice answer. I have read your contributions for a long time ago. Hat up. Unfortunately, in our Pagodentreff-Forum we miss a man like you, who has so much experience and specialized knowledge.
Your Thread over the cylinderhead-restauration was particularly good. Into this, unfortunately, there are a couple of typically American concepts which I cannot translate.
