My original radio could not be repaired nor could i even find the amp box for it, so I I got another one from Becker Auto Sound out of Jersey. This one is a Becker Europa. My question is the wire on the right side of the rear I assume is the power wire. Does this go to the fuse box or the ignition switch and do I install a ground wire from the back mounting bracket?

I suppose it goes to the same power source as original radio.
If original radio was dealer or factory, the power wire goes form aux fuse box next to voltage regulator through the grommet in the firewall.
