Had some paint corrections done for stone chips etc after nearly 20 years of driving my 230sl on lots of rough roads etc. and today took the car to a small country town car show two hours drive away at Taggerty, Victoria, Australia for its first outing after the work was done.




Two pagodas in 60 mixed cars, great sunny day.

Yes Michael Reid. He was the organiser and had told me about his plan to have a car show on local park.


A couple of the members knew of it but sadly some didn’t know it was happening so next year we will put it out there.

If it weren't for the pristine rear bumpers and the wheel being on the wrong side, I was about to go out to check to see if my car was still there. Beautiful pagoda!

I think you’ll find the steering wheel is on the right side.

With a bit of luck my car will be finished so I’ll be able to attend next year.

Garage and garden all looking good now, Pagoda"s looking stunning now considering the huge trips you've done in it.
Have the rear bumpers had "work" done on them ?
Was good to catch up in Luxembourg.
