Transmission was resealed and fixed the common selector shaft leak with a better seal
All seals new
Had it as a spare for my e30 m3 and added the speedo drive
1200 USd plus shipping from update NY
It also comes with the shifter parts from bmw needed for the conversion

Unless you have a concourse, numbers Pagoda, this is the best mod, ever!
As mentioned before, I installed one in my Automatic 250SL and loving it. I kept the auto transmission for the next custodian of my Pagoda, but I will never put it back.
The swap is not rocket science. I made up the parts and I am truly happy with the conversion.
This 5 speed Getrag is bullet proof and a pleasure to drive. I have a spare, which I am contemplating installing in my E Type. Unfortunately, I already have a 2.88 diff installed.

As far as I am aware, the Getrag 265/6 were all cable driven speedos. BUT I might be mistaken, though.
I went to my local cable guy, who fitted a used, end piece of a BMW cable to my existing Mercedes cable. Keep in mind that there are many manufacturers that use Getrag transmissions. The correct fitting is, out there.
Remove the speedo cable from your car and take it, as well as the Getrag transmission to your local cable guy.

Plenty, if not most of the ones available lately, lack the mechanical drive for the speedo. BMW used to sell them as a seperate part years ago but all the opnes I've done recently have had to have an electronic speedo drive fitted.
