I have begun using Liqui-Moly in my Pagoda.  After being a staunch advocate of synthetic oil for decades, I have to say I am now convinced that Liqui-Moly conventional oil is the best choice for our old cars.  I had crank seal leaks that have miraculously gone away since the switch.  I'm still running synthetic in my BMW, Lexus, and Chevy Van.  The van has developed a small leak somewhere, so I'm going to try LM in that at the next change.

I have not.  I've got just less than 3,000 miles on the Liqui-Moly in the engine now.  I'll change the oil and filter this month.  I know we all want the best of the best for our cars.  That's why I used Mobil 1, based on it's performance in several other cars.  With Liqui-Moly's reputation, I wouldn't hesitate to use this if the engine is high mileage.  Considering the heat in your region, the higher viscosity may be desirable.
