Title: Worst looking speaker on the planet
Post by: CJHenderson on August 02, 2024, 22:32:51
I have a speaker that all of the material covering it has deteriorated to just setting my air compressor to 10PSI blew it away with no problem. My question is, can I use an electronic cleaner to clean the dirt of the membrane?

If the speaker is THAT deteriorated, why don't you just replace it? No sense wasting any time on something in that condition.

The first one I bought during the initial restoration came from Becker AutoSound. The last one I bought about 20 years later came from Authentic Classics. Same original size as the factory OEM model.

I bought mine from mbclassics.de along with buying other parts.
