Title: Clutch Reservoir - Lower rubber hose alignment

The black rubber connector hose from the bottom of my clutch reservoir to the rigid tube cracked. I thought i would just replace the tube but once i removed the reservoir, I see that the there is a fair bit of offset between the rigid hose and the bottom of the reservoir and perhaps why it split/cracked.

Does the OEM/original reservoir have a lower capacity to to achieve better alignment?

Hi, possible for someone with '64 (or before they combined the reservoirs in 65) with an original reservoir snap a picture for me?

Attached is a picture of my clutch reservoir.  Early 1964.

Thanks Gil!!! That's what I needed to see/confirm. Definitely seems to line up vertically with that reservoir vs. mine.

Any recommendations on where to find an original?

PN A 000 295 10 83, not available. It costed about $8.

Thanks Pawel! I can get the hose just trying to source the correct reservoir that lines up properly.

I see, well, NLA at Mercedes, PN for 113043 with all replacements until chassis 02979:
