Yes, I left quite a few Porsche's behind...

And this is a two way road, in the country side. In the Netherlands they add cycle lanes (bikelanes) to the right and left of the road. They are darker red. It makes the road visually narrower, and helps in reducing the average speed of cars on these roads.
