Jon is simply outstanding -- he is knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. I had a parts problem with the front bumper of my SLK 230 (wrong part number is the MB online database) and he worked hard to sort it out. Makes paying the (occasional) premium for Classic Center parts more than worth it. If you're a MBCA member, make sure you mention that for the discount.
