Title: WANTED IVORY STEERING WHEEL FOR MY 1965 230 SL

Hi

  Im looking for an ivory steering wheel for my 1965 230 sl , believe it is the type 2 wheel. Would like NOS or good condition if anyone has one or knows the best place to pick one up.

Have you thought of leather wrapping it?  You would have a number of colors available and it would cost less.

If you really want the white wheel, don't forget to get a white shift knob to match.

Thanks for the advice , I found a NOS on eBay for $1100   So pretty happy I now have it

And the ivory hand brake lever button, oh and the ivory seat lever caps.

I always think it's a shame Mercedes never did an ivory version of the large round recliner adjuster.
