Title: Hagerty Magazine Article Issue #84 Mar-Apr 2024
Post by: mdsalemi on March 15, 2024, 14:39:36
First, I highly recommend this magazine. When many of the good automotive magazines disappeared (many of the Hemmings, Automobile, European Car, etc.) and the usual "Big Three" (C&D, R&T, Motor Trend) became shells of themselves, reducing the page count drastically and getting rid of most of their top accredited journalists, Hagerty soldiers on as one of the best. You don't need to have Hagerty Insurance, you can simply join their club to get it. Ok, on to the meat here...

Page 132 of this issue starts the article entitled, "Mercedes Man", about our member Jaime Kopchinski and his shop Classic Workshop in Hackettstown, NJ. A great read, and sounds like a great shop. No Jaime hasn't said posted anything here yet, and he's a relatively new member (but not new to the world of old Mercedes-Benz).

I read that article the other day when I received the magazine.  Excellent! I had no idea that the owner was a member of sl113.org.  Really enjoyed his take on electronics and young mechanics. Very hopeful future!

Wow! What a great read. Thanks WRe for posting the link.
There's hope for the future of maintaining our mechanical marvels.
Especially enjoyed Avery Peechatka's attached gallery of 73 images including the shop, cars, etc.
