I was watching “ Robbin Williams: come inside my mind” and at one point in the documentary he’s in a car on a highway yelling out the window at a women in a pagoda.

Well - “yelling” may have been the wrong choice of words.  He was doing one of his freestyle rants and just starts talking loudly out the car window to whatever car /driver passing by.  Just happen to be a Pagoda.  Looked like it shot in the late 70’s.
