This is a very rare find…

As a kid, I always loved this car, but I never had any clue as to just how rare it was.

Unfortunately the Milestone Car Society seems to be defunct or their website seriously hacked.

When I lived on Long Island, NY, from 9/73–6/74, there was a Toyota dealer on Jericho Turnpike east of Route 110 that had one in their showroom. That beauty caused me to find a small model which I still have today.

You Only Live Twice featured a convertible, that Toyota made by lopping the roof off a coupe. Mr Connery was too tall to fit in the Coupe

They’re beautiful cars

I wonder why Bond/Connery didn't drive it himself. Was he afraid? Jay Leno wasn't  ;D
