We are looking for a kick down switch for a 280 SL RHD.

I believe the part number is 1123000341.

Just, if I may, the RHD and LHD difference in the parts list is for the housing of the switch - the part it screws into. Switch itself is the same for LHD and RHD, PN
A 000 545 17 06. Depending on what you need, it may be easier to look for it.

Your part number for an RHD set switch+housing is correct. There is no separate part number for housing.
