Wondering if anyone has a damaged /old nose panel they’d care to part with. Specifically looking for a patch for the section attached to the bottom of the driver side headlight bucket and fender.

I believe repair panels are being offered now for this area, try the usual suppliers like SLS:

Cross shop here as well. https://www.kkmfg.com/catalog_loader2.php?page=113BodyPanels.xml

Thanks for the info. I’ve had good luck with K&K but no one seems to have the patch panel I need. There are available patch panels for the front fender but the section I need is part of the nose panel. I hate to purchase the whole panel to cut out the patch, and replacing the entire panel is much more than I care to get into at this point. Hence, I was hoping to find/purchase a discarded used panel. I appreciate any and all input.
Thanks.

Go check out your local hot rod shop. A metal fabricator should be able to replace portions of your nose. The Mercedes Benz metal in our cars is thick compared to modern cars so a bit more forgiving. The hot Rod guys (and gals) would know about work hardening and how to create a new piece to weld in.
I don't think it would be cheap though.
I made wooden upper and lower dies to fit in my hydraulic press to form small patch panels to replace portions of the rusted out bed of my old pickup and I probably spent 2 hours just making the dies to get the right dimensions for the ridges after being squished. And this had no complex curves or angles like a nose.
Metal does funny things when getting squished and formed so you need a real craftsman (or lots of bondo).
