Title: 230 SL FOR SALE.

Hi,  I'm a recent new member and I have my One Owner 1965 230 SL Black with 70,XXX KM.  I bought it in Frankfurt and shipped it to LAX on Lufthansa Airlines in 1977.  I gave to my Dad to drive until he died in 1988.  I drove it up to Seattle and stored it until COVID 2020.  I went thru my list of new parts, fuel tank, shocks, brakes, batt, fuel lines, wheel bearings, on and on....   I brought it down to San Diego where it is today.  It is all original except the headlights, which my Dad had US lights put in. 

I'm just starting the process of auction or direct sell.

Many people are going to ask for pictures and your asking price, it would be helpful if you posted them.

What does this mean?  Organizing documents for review by buyers?  New parts recently (during Covid?) or new when your father was driving it?

Your profile says you're in Bellingham, near Seattle.  If the car was there with/near you, why send it to San Diego?

This group will have lots of questions and may be very critical of a car presented for sale.  But, the experience of sharing here will prepare you for about anything other buyers will ask.  You also might get recommendations on the best method of selling.  Are you looking for very top dollar?  Looking to move it fast?  People here will have advice if you need or want it.
