Title: How do you remove the screws holding the butterfly plate in the Throttle Body

I am trying to remove the butterfly plate inside the throttle body, I keep trying to loosen the screws but they seem stuck solid

Check the back side of the screws to see if they have been "staked". If so you may have to die grind the ends a bit. A little heat is also helpful not too hot (propane).
