Title: Small Fuses
Post by: knirk on June 21, 2005, 07:07:48
I have a hard time getting replacement for the two small 25 amp fuses at my local Mercedes dealer. Does anybody have the correct part number?

Per,

We just discussed these here:

They're available from Millers in CA.

Thanks Douglas,
I ordered a bunch of small 25 amp fuses from my Mercedes dealer. I was impressed when he said he found them in his database. I went to collect them today and ended up being disappointed when it was the normal size 25 amp. We looked through his database together without finding them at all. So if anybody have a part number I thought I would give it a shot again. Otherwise I will order them from Millers, or SLS.

Per,

I recently purchased 10 of each 8, 16, and 25 amp for $7.50 from Millers East.

The Miller's part # is 234-202.  However, I also recall that I had an issue where I needed to specify the "stubbies" and it took a second order to get it correct.

I encourage you to e-mail Kevin O'Brien at Miller's to get correct.   I was in a rush, so the shipping cost more than the fuses...

Kevin's email is:   millerseast@carolina.rr.com

Good Luck,
Chris

Thanks Naj and Chris.
I will try Kevin at Miller’s.
My local Mercedes part supplier could not understand my effort to get the correct size fuses. He suggested to mount an additional fuse box just by the old one with two normal size fuses... :x
